The Scoop:   
Carbon X Reflex is Bessell’s new child in the Reflex line. It is said to be the next level in the parabolic movement. All boards are custom made which sets them apart from Firewire and their other Aviso line. Since carbon is the strongest and lightest material available, Tim decided it would make an interesting alternative to the rail. This nose-to-tail tapering allows the board to be as fast and as loose as possible. A more obvious bonus to carbon rail construction is that it will endure those brainless dings compared to other standard materials.

In short, this is intended to be the fastest, loosest, and strongest board Bessell makes today. So for those who seek longevity with performance, this board might be worth a closer look.
